Please apply through this form: The 2020 application cycle has closed as of October 31st, 2020. The new cycle will open in June 2021. No applications received after 10/31/2020 will be considered for the current cycle and new applications must be submitted starting June 1st 2021 for next year's consideration.

We accept applications for any gender-affirming procedure. If this surgery is necessary to your transition, you are welcome to apply.

To apply, please send in an online letter through this form so that we can hear a bit of your story/journey and explain why you need the help. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.

All letters are personally read by our Board of Directors, including Dr Rizi Timane, LCSW, PhD, DSW, but only those chosen for the grant will be responded to due to the the sheer volume of applications and time needed to respond to every single person.

We have very few requirements for applicants in an effort to be as inclusive as possible.

We ask that you:

- identify as transgender (FTM, MTF, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and all other non-cis identities)

- are 18 years of age or older at the time of your surgery

- complete your surgery within 12  months of receiving the grant. This is coordinated with your surgeon as the grant is paid directly to the surgeons office on your behalf.

- complete your surgery in the United States with a U.S. based surgeon (though you may live outside of the U.S. and still apply!)

- abide by all standards as set by the WPATH.

- by applying through this online form or any of our available hard copy applications, or by any and all other means, you are consenting to be publicly declared as the grant recipient if you win the grant. You are also consenting to  have your picture displayed on our site to maintain the grants credibility (except if you explicitly request in writing for us to not display your picture or full name, in which case we will display a first name and initial only).
